Do you offer a warranty on monitors and DACs?
Yes, we provide a one-year limited warranty on most products, covering manufacturing defects. Please keep your order number and original packaging for any warranty claims.
What is your return policy for IEMs?
We offer a 7-day return policy for most items in their original, unopened condition. Due to hygiene reasons, ear tips and certain accessories may be subject to inspection before a refund is processed.
